Solon is bringing real-world assets (RWA) on-chain: securities-grade compliance, proof-of-reserves gating, and an end-to-end issuance and trading pipeline. We are not hiring employees — we are looking for Contributors and Core Contributors: trade your expertise for SLN token incentives and governance seats, and grow with the chain.
Solon testnet is live: identity whitelisting, freezing, proof-of-reserves gating, limit order books, the bridge and the issuance wizard — all verified on-chain. You won't be writing decks; you'll be shipping code, research and parameters for a live system.
Let's be upfront: there is no salary at this stage. Every accepted contribution is scored and converts into SLN token incentives, settled via SIP proposals after mainnet launch — your output becomes an on-chain asset.
Core Contributors join the governance registry, vote on parameter proposals and multisig actions, and are named on-chain. Early standing compounds as the network grows — latecomers can't buy it.
Tokenized treasuries, funds and equities are the stated direction of the world's largest institutions. Experience in compliance-grade contracts and RWA research is among the scarcest résumés in Web3.
Rules first, joining second — all incentives are denominated in SLN, auditable on-chain, and settled by proposal.
